Via Aurum started as the idea of a house where we could live comfortably and welcome people like us, who appreciate the authenticity of countryside living.
Who we are
We are Andreea and Alex - a young couple passionate about IT and hosting, who wanted a quieter lifestyle, more connected to the simple things that truly matter. We built and designed Via Aurum step by step, without following design trends or the perfection of a magazine.
Our life here
We live here permanently and personally take care of everything related to Via Aurum. We don’t have property managers, and we don’t run the place from afar. When you arrive here, you meet us and our two rescued cats: Rodica, a very calm grey cat, and her kitten, Marcel - a black cat that you can easily recognise by his short tail.
Discreet hospitality
For us, hospitality means being attentive to people without overwhelming them. It means offering comfort, peace, and a sincere experience, without turning it into a show. And if time allows us and our guests want, we are always happy to share stories around the bonfire or go on walks together with them and show them the places that make the Apuseni Mountains so special.
